NECA's financial year runs 1 July to 30 June. A pro-rata (reduced) fee is charged for all new applications received from 1 August to 31 December, then a flat 6 month (50%) fee is charged thereafter.

'Employees' include only electrical and communications workers and apprentices. Do NOT count office/admin staff nor other non-electrical employees.

A nomination fee of $75.00 (inc gst) is payable for all new membership applications.
